The Venture Centre offers a range of activity programmes that will suit your
requirements.
Sample Programmes
Full Adventure Day
11.00 – 4.30
A.M.
- Meet at centre
- Complimentary tea, coffee on arrival
- Air rifle shooting. Using target rifles
in our indoor range
- Archery. Test your skills in a tournament
- Assault course. Have a go or just watch
the others.
LUNCH
P.M.
- A choice of either abseiling, kayaking, gorge walking,raft building and racing or a selection of our team building tasks.
- Depart 4.30 p.m. approx.
- The cost for the above is £45 per person to include a light lunch
- Minimum charge £250
Shorter sessions
Archery, air rifle shooting and assault
course
- 3 hour session £20 per adult , £14 per child (aged 16 years and under)
- Minimum charge 8 persons.
Gorge walking
- Fully kited out in wetsuit, helmet and buoyancy aid you and your team attempt to negotiate the ponds, waterfalls and gullies on a local stream.
- 2 hour session £20 per adult , £14 per child (aged 16 years and under)
- Minimum charge 8 persons.
Abseiling
- Includes use of training walls at the Venture centre followed by a 110ft abseil off Maughold Head for the brave.
- Approx. 2 hour session for £20 per adult , £14 per child (aged 16 years and under)
- Minimum charge 8 persons.
Smaller groups catered for prices on application.
Power Boating
- Have a blast under the supervision of our RYA qualified instructors
- Prices £75 per boat per 2 hours
maximum of 3 persons per boat.
- Maximum of 2 boats.
Sea Kayaking
- Explore the islands unique coastline in our double or single sea kayaks.
- Price includes all equipment and qualified staff.
- 2 hour session
- £20 per adult, £14 per child (aged 16 years and under)
Other activities available include sailing.
Residential courses
These provide these provide the opportunity
to maximise course objectives and allow participants to develop
their full potential.
Courses are based on a combination of our
executive day out programmes and our team development days.
- Programmes run from 10.00 day 1 until approximately
4.30 on day 2.
- Prices include all meals, accommodation
and activities.
- £ 80 per person Minimum charge £640
Team Development Courses
A full or half day of outdoor based problem
solving tasks based on, teamwork, trust, mental agility, communication
and leadership.
Good fun and an excellent way to develop your
team.
Half day 3 hour session £20 per person
Full day 11.00 – 4.30 £45 per person.
Based on a minimum of 8 persons working in
teams of 4 – 8 persons.
You can mix activities from our team development
days with our adventure activities.
